"Bad experience at Queens Medical Centre"

(as the patient),

This was my 4th overnight stay in hospital and for me it was the worst. I thought the facilities and aftercare appaling, and staff numbers bad. I found the doctors apparent lack of knowledge concerning. No reply ever received to complaint made.
