What I liked

During a recent holiday in the UK my wife fell and broke her leg. Many thanks to the staff in the Emergency room for their care and empathy during our visit the night of 20 October 2011. Special thanks to the person who helped us navigate an unfamiliar system and to the ambulance driver who took Joanne to the hospital from Chipping Campden. While the waiting time (9:30pm to 03:30am) was much longer than what we would expect at home, the care we received was excellent and much appreciated. Thanks from a grateful American family.
