Appointments always on time. Keep that up.

What could be improved

Staff seem to be changing, more stability here would be better perhaps, but no problems with the personnel.

Thank you for your feedback - it is especially good to hear that your appointments are on time as this is unfortunately a common complaint that we have been working hard on to improve; I won't pretend that it is happening in all our clinics all of the time but we do keep a close eye on progress.

You are right that stability of staff can make a big difference and I am sorry if this has been an issue for you; in fact many of our staff do stay with us for quite a while and I hope that continued positive feedback from patients such as yourselves will encourage them to continue to work with us and indeed attract more staff to the area.
