What I liked
On October 19th. I had an appointment at the Mobile Endscopy Unit, and I feel that I must comment 0n the way in which I was treated, every member of staff within this unit were absolutely top class, all very caring and ensuring that I understood what was happening all through the treatment, and after the treatment while I was resting in a cubicle It seemed every few minute's somebody was asking was I ok, also the way the kept my wife informed about my progress.
I thought that after a few negative comments your Hospital has had of late, It was time for something positive.
Again many thanks to the staff involved.
