"I wouldn't have made this treatment without this help"

About: Cheshire And Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

(as a service user),

Written on behalf of service user by the harm reduction nurse

the service has been very helpful towards me, they have helped me in lots of ways both mentally and phsically.

I have had help attending appointments at the hospital, Rory the support worker takes me. I would have made this treatment without the help.

The reception area, I feel, is closed in too small and could do with a drinks machine, preferably a free one as a lot of service users have to travel a long way to get to this building.

The new hep c support group is a good idea, I will think about going in the future. The staff are alright, friendly and helpful.
