"My experience at a sexual health clinic"

I went in to the clinic as I was concerned that I had picked up an infection from a partner. I was very upset and in a vulnerable state. Dr Tang and the student assisting him were life-savers to me that day. They were very kind and took the time to hear about my concerns and explain everything to me. They were sympathetic and professional, and that made me feel better immediately.

I had been so concerned and embarassed that I had considered going to a private clinic but it was very expensive so I went to the NHS clinic. I am pleased I did because I am sure no private clinic would have given me better treatment. Even the waiting time wasn't too bad. I hope this feedback will be passed to the team working there, as everyone from the receptionist, to the doctor and the student were amazing. In addition the service from the pharmacy, and the lady who called me after to give me the results of my tests was excellent. Thank-goodness there was nothing too serious wrong. I am thankful that there were these kind people around to help me through what could have been a total nightmare,
