my daughter is receiving treatment and appeared at the breakfast table with a loose wire hanging down from her brace. I left a message on the answerphone service and was called back just after the dept. opened at 9am and offered an appt for later that morning. upon attending the clinician dealt promptly and effectively with the wire, repairing the brace and we were leaving within 1/2 hour all fixed. a big relief for me and especially my daughter!
