"Thanks to all"

About: Rotherham Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

I first went to see the ophthalmologist to see what was wanted doing and they were very helpful.

Then I went to the hospital for an operation on my right eye first, I was feeling very nervous at first, but the nurses calmed me down they were brilliant. Dr Hashim was very good.

Then I went to have my left eye operated on. The nurses, the assistants and doctor were brilliant.

If any other people need this operation I would recommend they have it done. There is nothing to be afraid of. My eyes are 95% better than they have been. Thanks to the doctor and nurse assistants.

As part of my role, I support clinical services who undertake patient and public involvement on behalf of The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust which helps us to develop or redesign our services with patients in mind, from the valuable feedback we are given.
