About: Birley Health Centre

(as the patient),

I have a needle phobia and needed a Tetanus and Hepatisus B (can't spell it). She told me to relax and said she had all the time in the world and talked to me keeping me calm throughout - brilliant. I was so worried about it but she made it a pleasure (never thought I'd say that!!!!)

Glad you felt at ease with Janet, I have passed on your praise and she was really pleased!
