What I liked

I have just had an angiogram in the cardiac catheterisation suite. I wanted to record how well I was treated and how tolerable they made the whole “angiogram experience”. Everyone was friendly and reassuring throughout and it was clear that the team works together very well under Dr Keeling’s leadership.

At a time when one hears so many adverse reports about NHS standards I wanted you and the Board to know how well your staff have performed. The cardiac nurse specialist, was outstanding and a great credit to her profession and the Trust.
