What I liked
As soon as I entered the waiting area of the Endoscopy Suite I was welcomed and soon seen by a nurse/sister and had my details reviewed. Because I had an idea of the treatment I was having I was prepared for what was to come. The staff who I saw were talkative, friendly, happy, helpful and caring while I was in there. Things were made easy for me and because I made things easier for them as well everything went well. Because of this I sent the staff in the Endoscopy Suite a personal reward certificate. Every time I have visited the hospital as an out patient or been in as an in patient it has always been as good in the past as it is now. I expect it will continue as well.
What could be improved
Not a lot.
