I waited 7 mths for surgery at Stepping Hill Hospital, Stockport. Eventually I was admitted at the start of Aug, 2011 and operated on by Mr Turner.
The care I received was excellent, the nursing and ancilliary staff were kind and professional and the ward (D4) was spotless and well equipped.
I was home after 3 days - well done the NHS!
