What I liked

The staff on Pagett & Beaconsfield wards were both very professional and helpful. I was included in most decisions about my fathers care and felt my opions were listened to and concerns addressed

What could be improved

It would would have been helpful to have a discharge conversation with a Consultant or Registrar, however discharge information was well conveyed by the excellent nursing staff
