What I liked
Reception /Admin staff are caring and extreemly helpfull.
What could be improved
Consultants who are paid by the hospital should not "pick" who to treat and leave a poorly trained doctor and inexpirienced students to replace them! While they are not present at the hospital.
Part of the NHS system which is a massive fail to all.
Anything else?
When a consultant is paid to be at the hospital-they should be there.Or at least there should be a point of contacting them.Phone lines left unanswered after 2 days- admin are never available.
Consultants should act like as caring doctors and not as if they are "above" their patients.
"Great expirience if you visiting..."
