What I liked
What a poor hospital this is. I wen to to AE in the morning at 10AM and they told me that they have to operate a infection on my Tummy. they asked me to not to eat anything. I waited and waited and no body cam to me till quate past 6 in the evening. At that time I went to desk to ask about. They said they are looking for the bed. They took me to another room in AE and said I will be taken to surgical assessment unit in 15 minutes but these 15 minutes means one and half hour more. Then finally I was operated at 08:30 and asked about 10 times same qustions about allergy, where do you live, who do you live with.... Now next day was a discharge day but this task wasn't as simple as well. They change bandange and asked me to wait for some stuff which they have to give a visting carer. I waited and waited but they always ask me to wait more. Now eventually they asked me to go home but not with stuff I needed. I need to come back at 5 to collect this thing. What I think that is only communication, staff has no communication with each other and repetation of process causes these problem. If they could have an advance IT system which every body use may reduce this problem. But commitment is lacking as well which perhaps have no solution. I really do not want to go to this hospital again. Please don't send me an apology email. I really feel for patients who are currently under care
What could be improved
Simple communicaton
Anything else?
