The Surgery reception were very helpful - the appointment "rules" had recently changed and my wife and I did not know. They were flexible and fitted us in on that day. We saw the doctor together (as we both had the same complaint) - which made sense and was handled in that manner.
The surgery environs are splendid and very different to what I have experienced in the last.
All round a great service.
