"Quick and easy out-patients' appointment"

About: Devon Access and Referral Team (DART) Tiverton and District Hospital

(as the patient),

I booked by appointment through a central booking system for Devon.

My most local hospital, Wonford in Exeter, would not have been able to see me for 5 weeks, but the very helpful person on the booking line found an early appointment in a hospital in Tiverton, which is about 10 miles from where I live.

Parking outside the hospital was easy, the waiting room was light and airy. My appointment was for 3 pm and I was called in at 3.04. The doctor and support staff were friendly and efficient, and gave me all the information I needed.

It was a very positive experience.
