(as the patient),

went to doctor october 2009,its now june 2011.test after test after test..no treatment.still in pain and worse over larger area.

Many thanks for taking the time to provide feedback on the service and treatment you have experienced at the Trust. I am sorry to hear that you are still having pain and that no treatment has been forthcoming.

I would like to be able to provide a resolution, however without any more detail this is extremely difficult. Can I ask that you contact our PALS team in the first instance and provide them with details of your experience so that an investigation can be started? They can be reached either via phone 0800 028 4203, by email PALS@uhcw.nhs.uk or in person through the Help Desk at University Hospital, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) 9am -12.30pm and 1pm – 5pm.
