What I liked

I took my grandma for an appointment she was in severe pain the doctors secratary at the hospital convienantly "forgot" to record the appointment what a waste of a journey. She said she would send us another appointment in the post never got that appointment great!! And im guessing this has nothing to do with the fact that we are not of the english backgroudn I will be taking this much further.
