What I liked

Pleasant staff at all levels. Calm atmosphere.

What could be improved

I attended in the hope of receiving good medical treatment which I was given by nurses and medical staff. Administrative staff were pleasant and helpful. The whole experience was what I hoped for in a major London teaching hospital. This applies to the four other departments I have attended over the past years.
