"I felt like a waste of time"

What could be improved

Went in with abdominal pain. Nurse purposely ignored the buzzer for the door we had to buzz 4 times before we got any answer even though she was just sat at the desk. Once she realised we weren't going away she was very rude. Got annoyed that I couldn't provide a urine sample on demand because she didn't want to wait for a sample. When another person rang the buzzer she said "I'm not going home until midnight" and stormed away from us to answer the door. After about half an hour of her being grumpy and rude towards us she just gave me an out of hours number and told me to go home. I'm still in pain and feel no different apart from the pain feeling worse where she put all her weight on me whilst examining my stomach. She showed no care or want to be there at all. Never been treated so badly in my life. I work in a bigger hospital in frenchay, Bristol and if I ever saw a nurse act like that I would report them immediately. Disgusted. I hope no one else received the same treatment. If there was something seriously wrong then something bad could happen because of her negligence. Will be formally complaining in the morning.
