"out of hours G-P services for the deaf in hartlepool"

I am a profoundly deaf lady for the past 3 years I have been trying to obtain the phone numbers for the out of hours doctors the only way I communicate is either by text message on my mobile phone or emails.

I have tried texting every single number I have to get a G-P but not one single number works by text message because I have tried them all I have no family close by and live on my own.

a few months ago Hartlepool was named the worst town in the country for out of hours care it was in the local paper,

I have done every thing in my power to get the help i require when i need it , but I am not getting anywhere
