"Staff on ward 40 made me smile every day"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Neurology (Brain, Spinal and Nerves)

(as the patient),

I went into Ward 40 this march for neurological tests, and I have to say the staff and doctors where fantastic, I had tests done including a lumber puncture (which I would rather have than a blood test hurts less )

The cause of my problems wasn't solved but they sent all to London in the hope to get an answer.

The doctors the nurses and all that work in ward 40 made it that even though i was unwell I smiled every day.

I thank them all

I can see you shared your experience on Patient Opinion some time ago. I am pleased to hear that your experience on Ward 40 was a positive one. I will pass on your comments to the ward staff. We have only recently started working with Patient Opinion so please accept our apologies in not getting back to you at the time. If you have any further feedback about the experience you desciribed please get in touch.

We are keen to listen to stories of patients and carers and, going forward, we plan to respond quickly to all stories we are alerted to from now on.

Best wishes
