What I liked

Nice, clean and modern hospital and the staff I talked to were friendly.

What could be improved

When I called to rearrange an appt I was told it would look bad on the figures if I couldn't make an earlier appointment.

I didn't even change the appointment for something silly, I simply had to wait for someone to be able to take me to the hospital.

I didn't mind waiting a few more weeks, was well aware that it was up to me as I was the one rining to alter the appt.

Seems like the focus is on the healthy looking figures not on healthy patients when it comes to booking the appts.AppointmentsCleanliness

Thank you for sharing your experience of our booking service. I am sorry that you were told that by rearranging your appointment it would make the figures look bad. I can assure you that our focus is to deliver a good and effective service to all of our patients and i can only apologise that this was not apparent during your phone call.
