What I liked

I am generally happy with the service recieved in the hospital. The Dr and Nurses are good with children.

What could be improved

The parking needs urgent improvement. I could not find a parking space while having a child seeking help from A&E. It was extremly upsetting.

There was not options presented to the patients.

I was not getting the phone calls at the time I was told, as a matter of fact, I had to call 4 times and each time I was told I'd get a phone call from them in x minutes´╝îhowever, that never happened.

I understood it could be busy, however, should not the hospital have a better utlisation/ more reasonable schedule of its staff.ServiceCar ParkTelephoneChildrenDoctorsNursing staff
