For the last few weeks I have been really unwell. I seen my consultant last week who increased my medication. My cpn spoke to me on wednesday and had the crisis team phone me on wednesday night at her request.
On thursday my cpn came to visit me and said that she wanted the crisis team to see me over the weekend so they would be doing a joint assessment.
I believed that someone was coming out on friday as that was what was on my voicemail but nobody could came out on thursday. On Friday nobody telephoned or came out. My support worker arrived and tried to find out what was going on they said they didn't leave a message and I had to contact them if I needed them. This is not what i had been told and I felt that i was being cast aside.
I was so upset that i contacted nhs direct to get information on any helplines that i could use. I told the nurse i didn't want to talk to the out of hours doctors but the out of hours doctor phoned me, asked me some questions said they would need to talk to someone else. They phoned me back, it seemed to be that their attitude had changed. They said the crisis team told them that they were not needed as the out of hours doctor would be seeing me in 7 days but that's not what he told me so I have lost my trust. I don't know who is telling the truth but it isn't the first time I've had this kind of experience with the crisis team.
I'm still down and nobody to talk to.
