"efficiency of the appointment"

(as the patient),

I would like to say how quick and efficient the staff were for my appointment at Mount Gould primary care centre outpatients.

I was in there a total of 1 hour from the time I got to reception to seeing the doctor having an xray and seeing the doctor again.

The whole place had a very clean feel to it too, I would strongly recommend that this is definitely the way forward with regards to healthcare.
