What I liked

I was a patient recently for a hysterectomy and would like to thank all the staff who looked after me. They were totally professional, very kind and nothing was too much trouble for them.

What could be improved

I thought that nights were short of staff - there were only two staff on the ward and during my stay there was a patient who kept kicking off with the staff and generally upsetting the ward. One night staff member was really good with them and in reassuring the rest of the ward.
