"Congenital heart outpatients clinic"

About: Royal Manchester Children's Hospital / Paediatric cardiology

(as a relative),

I attend this clinic with my 17 year old son. We always have a long wait and my son dreads going to it because it takes so long. Also after waiting we don't get to see the Dr we know, but someone who seems to know nothing about my son's case.

In my opinion, my received better service at Pendlebury Childrens' Hospital.

We're sorry to hear that you've been unhappy with the wait in outpatients. We do our best to see patients as quickly as possible but sometimes things do get held up.

Unfortunately it isn't possible for you to see the same doctor every time. All the information about your son should be in his notes and wil be available for the doctor to see.

We try to provide a service of a high standard so please post back on here if you have any more problems in the future.
