"Quick and efficient care at Kings Mill"

I recently fell in the snow causing pain to my right ankle.

The signposts at Kings Mill are a little confusing as once you get on site it is signposted for emergency and as it was not, I was unsure where to go but staff at main reception were very helpful in directing me.

Once in A&E there was a short wait for reception and triage and diagnosis. I was only in for an hour.

Staff were friendly, precise and efficient. No staff seemed to be messing around and wasting time as I have seen at another hospital.

Would recommend.
