(as the patient),

I gave birth to my Son at Bolton on the 10/10/10. We arrived at the Hospital unexpected and went straight to the delivery suite where i found the staff that were looking after me brilliant. I gave birth in the assessment bay as there wasn't enough time to move me to a delivery suite. The midwife sprung into action and delivered my son within 10 minutes of arriving. I would like to say a big thank you to all those involved in the delivery and my after care.
