What I liked

I actually visited the Endoscopy Day Care Department on 8/11/2010 .The Endoscopy nurse was very chatty, friendly, approachable and made me feel comfortable. The nurse explained to me the procedures in details and followed the time-scale that the nurse mentioned accordingly. I was relaxed and then I was greeted with two friendly endoscopist nurses and everything went so smooth under the hands of the specialist in-charge. I would like to thank them all for their superb treatment on me and wish them all the best in their career. Please pass this compliments to the team involved. Thank you. X Ross
