I was admitted as a day case on ward 40 RVI a few days ago.
I would like to give praise to the organisation and attitude of the staff. Everyone was pleassant and approachable - nursing staff, theatre staff, doctors, anaesthetist and anaesthetic nurse. I was very much put at ease and communicated with very appropriately.
The recovery was quiet and food was offered appropriately, I think they are doing a good job.
Well Done.
