What I liked
I was in and out of Moorgate Ward for nearly 2 months. They were fabulous, all of the time. I have absolutly no bad comments at all (over than the food, but that's not their fault). I asked to be moved next to a specific patient who I'd made friends with, and they moved me, no trouble. I was on level 1 on and off all the time, and was never left alone. At my scariest moments, there was always someone around to help me. When I had questions, I could always get answers. The cleaners were always cleaning, the nurses and HCA's were cleaning when the ward was quiet. All around, it was a fabulous ward. Obviously I can't comment for other wards, or public area's, but the Dr's were good at their job's and had a sense of humour, the nurses were nice the HCA's were great.
What could be improved
nly the food. And 2 nurses, whom shall remain nameless, who were perfectly fine seperatly, but put them on the same shift and they were like 2 old women who were grumpy and seemed to think they were better than everyone else. As I said, seperatly, they were fine.
Anything else?
I love that you made me feel ok about being away from my family for so long. What could have been a horrible depressing time, turned into an ok time, and have made some lovely friends from it.
