What I liked
I was admitted to Royal Liverpool on an emergency basis while on vacation. Noticeably scared and not understanding what was wrong with me, I was given plenty of comfort and explanation by doctors and nurses alike. Over three day I received a number of treatments and each was explained in way I could understand and due to the severity of my illness each doctor worked very hard to understand what was going on. Upon discovering a gynae problem they referred me to Women's when no more could done for me there. Within 2 hrs of receiving this notice I was safely in the new hospital and under assessment.
What could be improved
Nothing from my experience.
Anything else?
Sincere thanks to all the doctors, and especially the nurses who helped me feel more comfortable and at ease in a place so far away from home when I was so ill.
