I would appreciate some contact.

I have been trying to cancel and re-arrange an appointment for 3-4 weeks. No body seems to pickup a phone.

What could be improved

Appreciate people have other comittments and are not able to constently keep trying to phone your hospital.

Anything else?

Great help from hearing aid reception. She is not even in the department I needed!!!!
