What could be improved

My surgery was canncelled after i had been there for 8 hours with no food and no drink. I only found out my surgery was cancelled after i asked the nurse when i would be going down for treatment. I know have up to an extra 28 days wait! I am getting married in september and can't walk far as it is my ligament that needs replaced! I don't seem to have been shown any respect
