It was very clean and the staff were nice and my appointment was doone quickly

I have a bad tooth, so that the big tooth for my canine is lopsided in my gum. It is urgent and soon it will start pushing out my other teeth at the roots. Its urgent and i dont want to loose any teeth. I had my appointment in december, and they said i might get another one in OCTOBER 2010, because they're not going to recruit more staff till then. And my name is marked with 'urgent'. I feel incredibly sorry for the people with the word marked 'unimportant'. My mum didnt even get any info from them till April, because they 'lost my notes'. This is awful and im so scared im going to loose my teeth. i cry myself to sleep thiking about it. :(((
