"My 83 year old father in law was ..."

About: Charing Cross Hospital

What I liked

My 83 year old father in law was admitted within 10 minutes but after this it was clear that there were no doctors. Staff tried the best they could thank you but they needed a doctor. The staff were clear and calm but they can only do so much.Plenty triage and nurse support but they are waiting for doctors

What could be improved

More doctors possible more trolleys and beds. At least if you have to wait lying down sometimes helps. I was totally shocked and I have had some bad exeriences at the North Mid

Anything else?

I observed people getting ditressed and some threatening and the doctor said that they would have to call security. I wonder what happened to their health need. Whilst I totally respect workers right to be safe at their job i understand why people may get frustrated. you shouled not put staff in this position
