What I liked

The general appearance of the Unit was excellent giving very good first impressions. The Outpatients Receptionist was very friendly and I was called within 10 minutes of my appointment time. The doctor was excellent asking questions and listening as I explained the problem with my foot. During the examination they explained what they were doing and what they were checking for. The doctor took their time and at no point did I feel rushed. After the examination they explained what their diagnosis was and what I could do to improve the condition by way of exercises etc. The doctor then dictated a summary of the consultation into a recording machine which I was able to listen to and agree with .... almost like a review.

What could be improved

Excellent experience nothing could have been improved on.
