My wife took our 11 year old son to have some bloods taken on 28/04/17.
Our son was so nervous and an assistant to the person taking his blood came out of nowhere chatted to him, and spoke to him about football, he blew up a blue surgical glove, drew a face on it and basically turned it into a cockerel balloon and said it was the Spurs cockrel which put him at ease.
