"Very bad service"

About: Queen's Hospital / Accident & emergency

Yesterday I went to A&E regarding my wife, My wife got a big operation 2 weeks ago, she had 14 days age baby. She went there about 18:00. Nurse said only 3 patient’s front of my wife and she will meet with Doctor less than an hour but she had got Doctor approximately 22:45. We explained to reception that my wife has got major operation, she is getting too pain and my baby back from ICU just 6 days ago, my 15 days baby was crying too much, my baby didn’t feed last 5 hours. Baby was crying for feeding. On the other hand the environment was not good for my baby due to different type of patients. We were highly request to reception to arrange appointment quickly for my wife but they did not bother. They said they will have to follow the procedure. I was trying to talk to ward manager but they refused to call manager. It was really very bad experience in my life. I can’t believe that they haven’t minimum humanity for people.
