"Poor experience and no reply from 4 attempts to..."

About: University College Hospital

I had a poor experience in this hospital last year for an asthma appointment. The consultant had no records of me or the medication I have already tried. Attempted to prescribe me a medicine that had already been tried and failed. Had no record of previous chest x rays and blood tests so sent me for more.

Set up another appointment in December which was then cancelled. I am now waiting for an appointment in May in Bedford.

But last month I received a snotty letter saying I had missed an appointment at UCL in March. I had no such appointment and am worried this may affect my appointment in Bedford. I have made 4 attempts to contact the relevant department in UCL and ask them to explain this letter but no response.

The NHS doesn't need more money, it just needs someone to write stuff down.
