About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I was referred by my GP to A n E last Friday From reception through the scan process, the referral to ward 2, and the consutation, I was given every consideration. Friendly porters, staff who kept me informed and went out their way to cope with my anxiety, and others who stayed on a bit to complete my examination, I have nothing but the highest praise. I left in the evening full of admiration for a group of people who come under so much criticism
