"routine eye appointment"

About: Darlington Memorial Hospital / Ophthalmology

The appointment was for 9.40 am I arrived early at 9.20 and was called into the first room for a distance and field tests.

Then asked to sit in the main waiting area for over an hour.

On finally been called into see the doctor I was informed of their name and the exam was carried out, they seemed to find my appointment funny and was saying I was trigger happy on the machine. Whilst laughing at me.i told them I was in pain and to which they found amusing. I expand the cause of my pain and they were finding it funny.

Maybe they need to learn to respect their patients

I have another appointment in 9 months time which I will not be attending at dmh.
