What I liked

ward A9 all the staff and nurses were fantastic and a credit to the hospital , the ward was clean and tidy and my recovery from my biopsy was pleasent....

What could be improved

sainsburys ward level 5, the nursing staff should take a look at how the catering staff treat patients and learn. if you have the misfortune to be placed there before an operation and if you are not a private patient then god help you as the nurses can't be bothered with you, they are rude and not caring or helpful and give the impression you are not wanted, i dont know why nhs patients are put there its a waste of taxpayers money...

Anything else?

a complaint was made to charing x pals about this but heard nothing as of yet.....under the carpet springs to mind.
