"Blood Test Results"

About: General practices in Ayrshire & Arran University Hospital Ayr

(as the patient),

I went into my local chemist to pick up a Balance of a prescription for my Wife. The Pharmacist told me that there was one for me that came from the hospital via the Dr's Surgery. We I ask what it was for I was told my Potassium level low 2. 9. On the back of the Script a scribal note for the chemist.

My point is why didn't Ayr hospital or my GP make more of a effort to get in touch with me. They ask for my mobile number house number plus my Email address.

1. What is Low Potassium

2. What is the cause of it.

3 Can it Be cured and is it Dangerous to my health.

I get Blood tests done every Four weeks because I get a Infusion drip at Ayr hospital.

Your Sincerely

Lees 09

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.
