Having had chest pains for couple of weeks things got much worse on the evening of Easter Sunday
I got a cab to A & E
I was confused and in pain the receptionist was brilliant and to the point to get my information and passed quickly on to their colleagues
Waited only 20 minutes and seen by a nurse who assessed my situation followed by a doctor
So well looked after and told step by step what was happening and needed to be done
I was not in a good state being very concerned I was having a heart attack
After blood tests and pressure and other procedures taken on a number of occasions to look closely at the comparisons
As part of the plan I needed to take a bed in the ward awaiting further follow up tests hours later
Again so well looked after with everyone being so kind and reassuring
Also seeing the way the other, some much worse off patients were being treated with such kindness and knowledgeable service
Wonderful
After a trip to X-ray to have my chest looked at "luckily" it was found that I'd had a bad anxiety attack and with some great advice plus a couple of football observations
I was able to go home early on Monday morning
NHS Horton thank you
"Easter Sunday !!!"
