I've just come back from A&E at the RLI Lancaster. I can't think of a single way to have improved the experience (other than to have avoided falling and hurting myself in the first place). Staff were efficient, communicative and respectful to me. From going through the front door to leaving after treatment took just less than an hour. That's reception, triage, consultation, x-ray and treatment. Maybe early on a Saturday morning is a surprisingly great time to have a fall, but I was left thinking that the teams here are coordinating this whole process brilliantly. I'm so gratefull they looked after me so well. The last time I visited an A&E was about 16 years ago, so I don't have lots of experience to fully compare, I just felt "I can't suggest a way to improve this".
"Excellent process"
