On the 19th April 2017 I attended the Accident and Emergency Clinic as recommended by my optician. The registration process was quick and efficient. Waiting time to see a Doctor was 3 hours. The Doctor I saw was very professional in the way they examined me and took their time to explain every procedure and process of the examination. They even went one step further to print out an explanatory leaflet for Laser Peripheral Iridotomy procedure which put me at ease after hearing their explanation and reading the leaflet. The Doctor was warm and caring to me as a nervous patient. I am very grateful to the Doctor.
